The CBI objected to Tejaswi’s statement in the press conference and filed a major complaint. The CBI said that the officers are being threatened to influence the investigation. Tejashwi tried to spoil the image of the agency. The investigating officer involved in the case was attacked not once but twice. Not only that, but the witnesses of the case were also threatened, the CBI said.
“We never tried to arrest Tejashwi”. The CBI told the court that if the investigating officer is repeatedly threatened, his bail should be canceled.
The CBI has requested the court to cancel the bail of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam case. On this, the court asked Tejashwi Yadav to appear in person before the court on October 18. Today, Tejashwi Yadav appeared in the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi
