Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday inaugurated ICICI Phone Banking, BPO centre in Matri Vihar area of Bhubaneswar. Which will provide employment to 1,200 young graduates with more than 60 percent of Female employees.
The ICICI banking centre is powered by artificial intelligence and robotics technologies It is well organized, equipped, and organized to serve the benefits of customers of commercial, business, and personal bank customers.
The Chief Minister of Odisha Mr. Naveen Patnaik thanked the ICICI Bank authorities for bringing in modern technology to the banking system. Mr. Patnaik said that this Initiative will ensure better service to customers within a seamless experience in the banking sector. He stated that this will not only bring efficiency to the system but will be helpful to the customers.
Mr. Patnaik told ICICI Bank authorities to expand the venture’s footprint in other parts of the state, so as to provide more job opportunities for the youth of the state. Mr. Patnaik assured the state would provide all necessary support for further expansion.
Secretary to CM (5-T) VK Pandian was present on the occasion. Executive Director of ICICI Bank Sandeep Batra gave the welcome address.
