Bhubaneswar: 24-hour ration rice will be available at many ATMs in the state. The state government is setting up an All Time Grain (ATG). It will be launched in Bhubaneswar as a pilot project and will be opened in all districts and sub-divisions of the state at a later date, said Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, state food supply minister.
