Woman ransacks MLA’s govt quarters




 A woman, claiming to be the wife of Talcher MLA Braja Kishore Pradhan, today ransacked his government quarters in the State capital.

According to reports, the woman this morning tried to enter into the legislator’s government quarters at Unit-IV here but in vain, following which she broke flower vases on the premises. Kharavela Nagar police arrived at the spot after being informed about the incident and took her to police station.

Answering to media queries, Braja Kishore Pradhan said, “People have witnessed a woman ransacking here and law will take its course”. Notably, a week before on May 9 the woman had staged dharna in front of the legislator’s house at Handidhua in Angul district claiming to be his wife. She also had claimed that she had terminated her pregnancy twice.
