The workshop, part of company’s wellness campaign on health and lifestyle, was specially designed for the Police Personnel. The workshop aimed at educating officials of Odisha Police about different aspects of nutrition. It covered aspects like optimal nutrition, ideal diet and stress management.
Additional SP and Assistant Director, Biju Patnaik State Police Academy, Prabhakar Swain, inaugurated the workshop which was attended by as many as 400 officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Gursharan Singh Cheema, Senior Vice President, North and East, Amway India said, “We feel privileged to have conducted the awareness workshop on for the Biju Patnaik State Police Academy. At Amway also, we advocate optimal nutrition philosophy that includes adequate exercise, balanced diet, positive thinking, adequate rest and proper supplementation. We also believe in taking a “whole foods” first approach to one’s diet making sure one is eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. However, it is often difficult to get the nutrients one needs from the diet alone in today’s hectic lifestyle, which is why supplementation can help to fill in any gaps.”

From asking his party men to ‘live a simple life and serve the people’ to taunting the BJP for its ‘crocodile tears’, Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik has not only become politically invincible, he seems to be so in the coming years too.
