Naveen allocates portfolios to ministers Bhubaneswar, May 7, 2017 As many as twelve ministers took oath of office and secrecy at Raj Bhawan here today. Soon after Odisha Governor SC Zamir administered oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik allocated portfolios to them. He also made changes in some of other ministers' portfolios except Ashok Panda and Snehangini Chhuria.
