Mahima’s nephew, OSL official grilled again

In its ongoing probe into the murder of Seaways Shipping GM Mahendra Swain here in October last year, Paradip police today quizzed OSL Finance Director Chinmay Mishra who is a nephew of prime accused Mahima Mishra.

Along with him the company’s Finance Manager Rabindra Dalei was also interrogated for the second time in the case.

Paradip police had issued notice to both the accused on Jan 20 for appearing before the police today. Both were grilled independently, said sources. Earlier, police had interrogated Dalei on Jan 10 and Chinmay on Jan 15 over financial transactions in the company.

Notably, Swain was killed on Oct 26 last year and Mahima Mishra -- the prime accused in the case -- was arrested in Bangkok following Odisha police request.
